Add software scaler for lowend devices

Tested on rg35xx.
Labels adaptation to KoS to render when screen is cropped.
Caprice now renders at:
- 320x240 (-DLOWRES)
- 384x270 (-DLOWRES)
- 640x480
- 768x540 (240)
