Error in `Nintendo - Nintendo DS (Download Play) (BETA).rdb` #1163

I guess this file has an error:

Nintendo - Nintendo DS (Download Play) (BETA).rdb

Its metadata_offset is set to 0 instead of 0x00000001E620

Hmm, intersting.... Weird that it prints out the empty values too.
