FBNeo Arcade Games database outdated #1164

The current FBNeo Arcade Games database is based on an old WIP build and doesn't contain any additions from the v1.0.0.0 and v1.0.0.2 releases preventing many games from being scanned successfully. The ROMs themselves work fine when you load them manually.

It's likely best to use the Manual scan, but would love for this to be updated. Can be updated via https://github.com/libretro/libretro-database/blob/master/scripts/FBNeo_dat_gen.py
