NTSC Filter-setting makes the core crash upon next launch on RA #371

During leaving the NTSC Filters on for the core, it'll always force Retroarch to crash upon next launch. Is this feature buggy atm?

BTW I'm using Windows 8 64-Bit on Asus ROG G551JW, with Geforce GTX 960m.

is this a single session log? or is launchbox running the core twice? can you redo a log starting with a clean log file. and run directly from RetroArch if you are not already running from it directly.

Don't think it loaded the core twice. Started Retroarch with no core loaded, and went to "Load Recent" to pick SMB2 via FCEUMM-core.

Tried now again by what you suggested via loading it directly, this time going by more general stages of "Load Core" -> Picked FCEUMM -> "Load Content" -> loading another rom. Log seems generally same?

The 1st Log above was tested without any shaders active as to test if they had anything to do with it.

Also, was able to compile the core myself, but it still crashes on me.

Settings > Latency, set Run-Ahead to Reduce Latency to off

also in Settings > Logging, set log level to Debug in both for core and frontend and take new logs.

if you are able to compile, then i can make a separate branch later when i can figure out whats causing the crash on your end. at the moment, i can only guess...

Turned the runahead off, but doesn't seem to do anything.

Still seeing the same issue with the latest version. To replicate you can simply set the NTSC filter ON and restart RetroArch and try to load a game... it will crash.
