Use RetroArch's own save folder as the base for FS-UAE #5

This way, everything is contained within RetroArch and FS-UAE will create its folders under (RetroArchHome)/(SaveFolder)/fsuae rather than out on the filesystem.

To build with FS-UAE's original (~/Documents/FS-UAE) folder setup, pass "USE_FSUAEDIRS=1" to make.
