[snes9x] RetroAchievements do not work on Linux #108

I just tested libretro-snes9x with retroarch 1.7.3 on Archlinux (daily updated) and achievements do not work. They do not even show up ("No achievements to display") in the retroarch menu. I also used libretro-snes9x compiled from git, but they still don't show up. Tested with Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid and Yoshi's Island. On Windows with RASnes9x everything is OK and https://github.com/meleu/hascheevos reports that every game has achievements.

Maybe I should add that other cores are working properly...
