New snes9x rpx format does't run on wii u homebrew #72

Issue Description

After installing the new 1.3.6 snes9x update from Wiibru Appstore, I deleted the old .elf file because it caused duplicates. I was shocked :open_mouth: to find that the new version wouldn't work! I tried all of them including the normal version, the 2010 version, and the 2005 version! The problem occurs on all of them :sob:. It makes the loading line stop right before the end and you would have to turn the wii u off and back on. If you could some how fix the problem (like recompiling to a .elf) or give me the old version (below 1.3.6), that would make my day because I have so many sfc snes roms I have been waiting to play. Thanks! :grinning:
