Update mgba to medusa #81

The ds emulation seems stable even though there are still some broken graphics. mgba should be updated to medusa beta with the ds support.(having a separate core is also fine to prevent causing issues with existing gba support)

no point, the ds core is not exposed to libretro

I haven't talked to endrift about it, but I'm assuming she'll expose it once the development has settled down some...?

Did endrift do the libretro port on her own or did libretro do it and she just merged it upstream?

No, endrift will do the port eventually, no rush
