Add Support to PS2 #149

Description

Finally, after a couple of years of investigation, I have been able to make libretro-prboom to work in PS2.

One of the major reasons why it didn't work was a bug in the original code that has been hidden for decades, most probably because of the complex hardware of PS2. More info here, https://github.com/coelckers/prboom-plus/pull/309

Finally I needed to update some files from libretro-common because they had legacy implementation for PS2
