Hi everyone, I would like to announce my little contribution to retroarch/libretro/libretro-super

Its a lib where one can request retroarch realtime infos from running game/core/etc... I did not know where to announce this so I opened this "issue", but I can close it anytime if someone tell me where I may put it.
