(Redream) Disable Redream on Buildbot #867

Redream 1.3.0 came out, but the project had already gone closed source. Since the libretro package no longer represents what redream actually is, I propose disabling it on buildbot.

For those looking for a great Dreamcast emulator that shares our values, I'd recommend reicast.

At the very least, it might make sense to rename it to Redream-opensource or something that explains the difference.
