Create a release? #276

Downloading, unpacking and moving each ZIP from http://thumbnailpacks.libretro.com/ as suggested by the manual (option A) is quite a lot of work.

If a release was created, all of the packages could be downloaded in one zip file (created by Github for each release). This would make it a lot easier to set up thumbnails.

Nevermind, just noticed I can use https://github.com/libretro/libretro-thumbnails/archive/master.zip
