2 changes for Atari Jaguar boxart deemed ok from last denied PR.

Additions for 3 systems, Sinclair ZX spectrum, NEC PC engine CD and one measely Sega SG-1000 image

One more commit:

Added 3DO Boxart
Fixed wrong region on some boxart (USA boxart labeled as europe) and uploaded correct european boxart.
Fixed 2 Weirdly named files.
