Add missing Sega - Dreamcast Boxart: Marvel vs Capcom 2 (USA) #339

Hi guys, sorry if i'm doing this wrong, i'm new here and want to contribute with some minor things i came across in Retroarch. Starting with a suggestion, add this missing boxart to the Dreamcast repository:
