Update GBC Files to newer DAT #352

I noticed the old database is at least a year old at this point, and since then hundreds of games have been renamed to include (GB Compatible) in their title, which broke loading their artwork. This updated DAT accounts for this, and every boxart that needs to be renamed has been (I believe).
