Version sync 4.5.0 #474

Huge accuracy boost and some minor changes. I decided to skip 4.9.0 for now, since while I have that ready too, it has a lot of other issues that need resolving first, and this is already much better than current.

No party time yet since the 4.5.0 update is reverted for now..
