Blitter cycle exact #553

Pls add support for blitter cycle exact. Without it, Heimdall 2 (AGA) and (CD32) has a lot of graphic errors, especially on the map (ship and location selection).

It already is enabled when either one of the Cycle-exact (DMA/Full) modes are enabled, just like in WinUAE. There is no separate setting for it, since it depends on Cycle-exact.
