Add CD32 FMV cart support #577

The ability requires libmpeg2, which can be not included if desired, since there isn't much other use for it. Also fixed the ability to read these particular videos from CHD images.

Usage is very simple. Copy the cart ROM to the cartridge ROM dir system/uae/ and select it via the core option.

Whoah! I'm quite surprised really that you did all that work just to make a poor intro video (with controversial lyrics) and a demo disk video work. That's dedication! Thanks for your effort, though i'll probably never use it.
