MAME 0.228 - Retroarch crashes when trying to load a game. #229

After update to 0.228, retroarch just crashes after I tried to start three different games.

+1 happens to me and a friend of mine on Windows 10 x64. Don't know yet if he has the same error I have, but I tried generating a log and this is what I get when trying to play pacman.zip (from a non-merged set):

Hello !

I think I have the same issue on my end. (I'm running RetroArch on Windows 10) I tried to launch some games using the mame_libretro core but it crashes everytime.

I ran RetroArch in debug mode with the console log turned on, and this is what I get :

In the console :
