Go Go! Mile Smile freezes when start netplay. #477

I was trying to play Go Go! Mile Smile (gogomile.zip) with a friend but when I start the netplay, the game freezes/pause and returns when I turn the netplay off 😭😭

Looking at our compatibility table,

It looks like gogomile has some driver imperfections. This reduces compatibility for core features. Netplay seems to be hit or miss in this core as well. I do not use netplay personally so I can't be of much assistance on this. Thank you for finding this issue though, I'll leave this issue open to help future developers.
