Add full support for DolphinBar mode 2 in RetroArch => v1.19.0 #516

This version is compatible with RetroArch 1.19.0 and above thanks to the support for multimedia buttons. Previous versions of RetroArch will not have support for buttons 1 and 2 of the Wiimotes.

  1. Add full support for DolphinBar mode 2 in RetroArch => v1.19.0.
  2. Support RetroArch <= v1.18.0 but without multimedia keys button (1, 2) in DolphinBar
