possibility of porting x86_64 mips3 dynarec from fb alpha #531

This is a concept beyond my current grasp of the core, but I wanted to log it after a conversation with @barbudreadmon.

It seems that FB Alpha has an x86_64 mips3 which might theoretically improve Killer Instinct performance for 64-bit Linux and AMD desktop/laptop processors. If this is technically feasible at all, maybe it would make for a good bounty.

Just a heads up FBA code is totally different from MAME the two are not mutually compatable
