When I first added a DAT to this repo, I thought it would be adequate to use one of the ProgettoSNAPS DAT files since they are a modern creation intended for archival purposes.
It turns out that the Progetto DATs are good for reconstruction romsets but cut out a lot of the metadata that a "real" DAT file includes. This PR replaces the Progretto reconstruction with a DAT generated from this codebase itself which I created by temporarily adding a call to print_mame_xml in retromain.c.
