Add metadata to enable cheat engine and high score saving #44

The MAME 0.159 cheat engine uses a different metadata format than MAME 0.139 or prior cores. MAME 0.159 parses cheat.7z file directly.

edit: also adds hiscore.dat to enable high score saving
