This PR adds a .gitlab-ci.yml file to the repo, enabling builds via the buildbot
Currently only the cdi2015 core is supported (since this is likely the most useful one)
Included build targets are Windows, Linux and OSX (the core is a nightmare to build - I don't have time to add any more targets at present...)
The PR fixes compilation on Windows and OSX, and updates the zlib dependency to the version used by RetroArch (this was required to fix build errors on Windows)
