start and select xml button tags not being pushed to romname.cfg files #19

Is there a reason the start and select button tags are not being pushed to the romname.cfg files anymore? I have noticed in the latest release they are selectable but do not get written to the configure file. I only ask because I have an application which maps the xml tags to physical button lights on my bartop arcade machine.

I understand now that the default behavior of the mame config menu is to not push the default values to the configuration file for each game.
