Fix plain Unix platform build. #256

@endrift I had to make a new PR, since Pi was incorrectly being treated as plain Unix, hence ignoring the Pi flags again. It is fixed on this PR, please merge: https://github.com/libretro/mgba/pull/257

I hope it's the last PR on this Rpi cflags saga...
