Possible issue with latest build #2

Using Retroarch updater 1.4.1. Latest update downloaded a dll core about 5MB in size. Emulator loaded game but caused Retroarch to crash on attempt to save state. Copied over dll core from backup installation (about 11MB in size, downloaded several days ago on online updater) and core operated appropriately.

Not sure where to trace the chain, but significant difference in core size may be indicator. Apologies, accidentally deleted core at issue. Still have "good" core.

Have repeated by creating new Retroarch installation from scratch and using online updater to download core.

I am encountering the same issue as exactly described by the above gentleman.

@SirBedwyr, can you share with me the old core ?

JHorbach commented 7 years ago

I have the same issue. I Can't load save state too.

Mupen64plus backup core.zip

Here you go. This is the 11MB version that works for me.

@twinaphex, when should we expect a build that contains this fix ?

andres-asm commented 7 years ago

buildbot builds all day 24/7, it will be uploaded when the buildbot is done

@fr500, thanks. I'm keeping a watch over https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/windows/x86_64/latest/. How to see the update there soon.

@twinaphex, has the windows build been uploaded yet, because I see the linux build has been updated since the last commits ?
