Mask Overscan only allow 0 4 8 12 #83

Hello. Thanks for reading my topic. Currently Nestopia only allow change the mask overscan using values 0 4 8 12 16 20 24. For some games being 4 digits is much high. Please allow using any number value from 0 to 20 so for example is possible select 6 or 10.
