Controls unresponsive in Super Wing Commander #174

Looks like this issue is back? The strange thing is it was working ok and now suddenly it's stopped (controls are fine in all other 3DO games I've played).

edit: Active Device Inputs = 1. Somehow this got reset back to the default. Switching it back to 1 fixed the issue.
