starcraft64 with Angyllion: do not detect rumble pak #480

Hello,

when you launch Starcraft64 with Angyllion, the game ask for rumble pak, even if you enabled rumble pak in the module options. It's impossible to bypass this screen.

Config: Ubuntu 17.10 Nvidia drivers 384.90 RetroArch: Frontend for libretro -- v1.6.7 -- d1278306c -- Compiler: GCC (7.2.0) 64-bitBuilt: Nov 1 2017

I just tried the last parallell git version, the game detect correctly rumble pak when they are enabled in parrallell options. I used the parallell module downloaded by retroarch frontend wich have this bug. Thanks.
