With a GeForce GTX 1060, Windows 10, OpenGL version 4.6. Switching to Vulkan or leaving this setting off lets the screen show. Any AA or blurring options also cause a black screen.

I can't seem to reproduce this at all with latest ParaLLEl N64 core and RetroArch 1.8.4 on this system:

Windows 10 1809 LTSC 2019 i7 8700k GTX 1070 16gb RAM OpenGL

The VI Overlay seems to work just fine (I always use filtered or unfiltered anyway)

I have this issue. Turing GPU. Rest matches your build.

I noticed this issue as well. Only happens with the default OpenGL, but all other drivers are fine, including GLCore.
