The main menu is mostly black, with garbled text and corrupt textures.

Are you sure it's using the ParaLLEl-RDP and not Glide? When I try to run ParaLLEl-RDP on my Vega 11, I get a fullscreen ERR.

Yes, I specifically switched it to ParaLLel-RDP.

~~I have the same issue with Nvidia graphics.~~

Edit: Was caused by having video driver set to gl on Retroarch main settings. Fixed by changing to Vulkan.

Ah yeah, I accidentally had that set too... It works fine when it's properly set to Vulkan lmao.
