iOS version completely non-functioning #677

Parallel is still included in the stable build of RA if you download directly off the website, but it's completely non-function on iOS and crashes on every games startup.

I noticed that buildbot no longer has an iOS verson for Parallel, and when I attempt to build it myself I get a non-function core.

This used to be supported, has iOS support be dropped or broken?

the problem is still exist on ios15 ,every time i open the game ,the retroarch freeze and can do nothing. hopefully a worked core can be Compiled. my device is m1 ipad pro 11 inch with ios 15.
