The constant vibration should be fixed, but I don't know when it's supposed to trigger or how to cause the "CPU fault" you mentioned. Can you check?

Description
I played Tekken 3 and vibration was working fine, however I was not that lucky with FIFA 99, FIFA 2000 and EURO 2000. All of them seem to have the same issue. In FIFA 99 whenever match is loading, controller starts to vibrating constantly, even after match begins. In FIFA 2000 this happens after the loading screen, in EURO 2000 constant vibration does not happen here. The vibration only stops when I am launching RetroArch. Then when I continue playing the match and situation, which triggers the vibration occurs (like CPU faul) it starts to vibrate constantly again, without stopping. This happens in all three of them. The vibration settings in RetroArch and FIFA are on, gamepad is set to dualshock. My controller is 8bitdo Pro 2, with X input.
Steps to reproduce
Launching FIFA 99, FIFA 2000 or EURO 2000 with all rumble options on and with gamepad that supports vibration.
When did the behavior start?
