This is Football 2 (PAL) (SCES-03070) game hangs after selecting a mode. #812

Like the title says, on all platforms, when trying to play This is Football 2 (PAL) (SCES-03070), after you select a mode and configured the required settings, the game hangs and it doesn't load anything, and it just stays in this infinite loop screen, and it never loads anything.

Using PCSX-ReARMed r23l dcbfae8.

sorry @notaz but i didn't understand what you do here in this change, but the good news that TIF 2 is working again.
