[Feature] MSU-MD support #158

While MSU-MD is supported by Genesis Plus GX, it does not support 32x emulation, and thus this Mortal Kombat II hack is not supported (yes, it supports the 32x version of MK2 along with the genesis version): https://github.com/jvisser/msu-md-mk2
