[Sega CD][Glitch] Chuck Rock II (USA) Sega CD special effects are glitchy

Chuck Rock II: Son of Chuck for the Sega CD / Mega CD uses specific special effects which are not rendered correctly, such as rotating boulders or the giant bird in River Race stage:

Giant Bird	Boulders 1	Boulders 2

This does not happen with the megadrive/genesis version. Tested with US version/region.
