Propagate GIT_REVISION value to REVISION #221

Small fix for version number showing up as "unknown", mentioned in https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/15800

Hey, if you're still there, could you please make this PR to my repo? I'm going to merge back RSN and would like to avoid to make merges in both directions if possible.

Just put it onto the master. lr-merge is a branch I'm using to merge stuff back from lr-picodrive if need be.
