Add 'Dual Stick Controller' core option #57

This PR adds a new Dual Stick Controller core option. When enabled, Player 2's joystick is mapped to the right analog stick of Player 1's RetroPad. This allows dual stick control in supported games (e.g. Robotron: 2084, T:ME Salvo).

This closes #23
