Standardized indentation (previously changed halfway through the file)
Added comment labels for fields to entries missing them
Renamed EU "Pete Rose Baseball" to "Baseball"
Added Rikki and Vikki (preliminary, not functional yet, see #63)

To be clear, functionally this PR doesn't do anything. This is stylistic cleanup only (plus the fixed name, which seemingly doesn't actually get used).
