(RGUI) Update custom menu themes #302

This is a continuation of PR #300. It updates the RGUI custom menu themes as follows:

Add missing widescreen wallpapers
Add shadow colours
Tweak 'GB - DMG' and 'GB - Pocket' themes
Misc. wallpaper touch-ups
