To-Do List Cross Referenced from db.libretro.com

Thanks to the new Database site, I was able to cross-reference the database to our icons in order to generate a better to-do list to work from. If you see anything I missed, let me know.

Asked Database Team for Clarification

• RPG Maker: We currently have "RPG Maker 2000" and RPG Maker 2003" icon sets. We can remove the date from the icons and remove the extra set.
• Sony - PlayStation Portable Vita: We currently have a "Sony - PlayStation Vita" set and can rename them to fall inline.
