Add 6x10 extended ASCII and Latin Extended A and B fonts #427

These are 6x10 fonts for RGUI. These will enable most Latin alphabets to be displayed in RGUI.

This is cool, @jdgleaver should I merge this now or wait until retroarch repo's merge.

@fpscan This should be merged first. Otherwise, the languages that are set to load these fonts won't be able to and will default to English. Not a big deal, but I'm just saying.

Yes, this PR should indeed be merged now.

I will try to get the accompanying RetroArch PR reviewed before the end of tomorrow.
