Added new (non-redump) icons #442

Added new (non-redump) Monochrome and Ozone icons, as listed in #433. Along with #432 completes the set.

I don't think we have databases for any of these, so their use would be very very slim.

@RobLoach We've got a few end users who like to use the "easter egg" icons for custom playlists. That's why we've put together a list at #433. I'll go ahead and merge this in the next few days if there are no objections.
