Rename 'Atari - 8-bit Family' to 'Atari - 8-bit' #467

This change removes the "Family" from Atari - 8-bit. "Family" in the playlist title isn't really translatable, and we don't adopt the "Family" naming scheme to other similar console sets.

I agree with that, we should have unified system names in libretro project.
