[Ready for RetroArch 1.19.2] sdl2: Create `PS4 Controller.cfg`

• Merged v1 and v2 by using alternative vid/pid: https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/pull/16990. The old PS4 Controller.cfg has been renamed to PS4 Controller (v1).cfg, see https://github.com/libretro/retroarch-joypad-autoconfig/pull/1182. As a result, the configuration file for the newer PlayStation 4 controller model, which is more commonly available in stores, will now be renamed from "PS4 Controller (v2).cfg" to simply "PS4 Controller.cfg" (as planned, https://github.com/libretro/retroarch-joypad-autoconfig/pull/1182). This change reflects the current prevalence of the newer model in the market and simplifies the naming convention for users.
• Added " Trigger" to the labels for the triggers.

Conflicts. And could you merge this with the other PS4 Controller-related configs? It's quite different to review them all when they're all related to the same thing.
