Audio timing issues in Goblins 3 cd #16

Description

there is no background music im Goblins 3 cd and the audio is out of sync during cinematics. Blount’s speech cuts out before he finishes what he has to say

This was a reported issue a while back with a previous version of the core. It turned out it was a settings issue. You specifically have to turn off any speed hacks. Can you try this and disable run ahead in retroarch?

Thanks Mr-Jake, turning off speedhack fixed my problem!
