While testing the latest RetroArch on Mac OS (High Sierra) with the latest snes9x code as of the time of this message, Runahead Second Instance seems to instantly make the video and audio go crazy or produce garbled output, rendering the content unplayable.
Runahead without Second Instance apparently works without issues.
Second Instance works fine on other cores.
Second Instance also works perfectly with this same core on Windows.
