4 years ago if this happens with standalone, then better post there as it could be an upstream bug. might want to provide save files and save states as well

retroarch android arm64
both 1 & 2 freeze at the same effect : white screen effect. In dragon quest 1, the white screen effect happen after you beat last boss, dragon king, it freeze the screen and you can't watch the ending, the credit screens. In dragon quest 2 , the white screen effect happen when you collect all 5 crest and go to the undersea temple to exchange those crest.
